Deskgram 2 reads selected group conversations and generates AI replies. Configure a role, factual context, accounts and workload for each task.

Module settings

Choose groups and accounts that can post. Set the AI provider, model, prompt, history depth, response count and intervals. Provide facts about your product and define when a human should answer. More history increases the size and cost of model requests.

Check before running

Test one group and one account with several questions, including a question not covered by your materials. Compare replies with the source conversation and inspect the log. If the model invents facts, revise the prompt and test again. AI replies do not guarantee accuracy; private incoming messages use the autoresponder module.
