Collecting Audience from Telegram Comments in Deskgram 2
The Comment Audience Parser collects participants who comment beneath Telegram channel posts. It can be useful for community analysis, but source quality matters: popular comment sections often contain automation and irrelevant accounts.
Use sources where you manage the community or have a clear basis for analysis and follow-up.
1. Choose sources and posts
Add source channel links or usernames. Define the scope:
- process the latest N posts;
- process a selected post ID range, such as
10-20.
2. Configure collection behavior
In Main, decide whether to collect all commenters, limit channels per account, and leave source channels after processing when the accounts are used only for analysis.
3. Improve data quality with filters
When appropriate, filter by recency, photo, Premium status, or active Stories to reduce low-quality entries.
4. Export results
Select the output fields required for analysis: username, ID, available phone data, name fields, and Premium status.
Use collected data only for permitted research, community management, or contacts that respect user expectations and applicable rules.
