This Agreement is concluded by providing the full and unconditional consent (acceptance) of the Customer to conclude the Agreement in full, without signing a written copy of the Agreement by the Parties.

The Customer confirms the fact of familiarization and agreement with all terms of this Agreement in full by acceptance.

Any of the following actions is considered acceptance of this public offer agreement:

The fact of the Customer's registration on the Contractor's website and placing an order on the deskgram2.com website

Payment for the Contractor's services on the terms and in the manner determined by this Agreement and on the relevant pages of the Contractor's website deskgram2.com

Written (including in electronic form by email) notification of the Customer's acceptance of the terms of this Agreement to the email address specified on the deskgram2.com website

By concluding this Agreement, the Customer automatically agrees to the full and unconditional acceptance of the provisions of this Agreement, service prices and all appendices that are an integral part of the Agreement.

If the Customer does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they have no right to conclude this Agreement, nor to use the Services under this Agreement.

"Public Offer Agreement"

A public contract, a sample of which is posted on the deskgram2.com website.

"Acceptance"

The Customer's provision of full and unconditional consent to conclude this agreement in full, without signing a written copy of the Agreement by the Parties.

"Services"

a service or several services in the field of informatization (namely, services for delivering data from other cloud services to the Customer), provided by the Contractor, and specified by the Contractor in the relevant section of the Contractor's website deskgram2.com.

"Customer"

any capable natural person, legal entity, or individual entrepreneur who visited the deskgram2.com website and accepted this Agreement.

"Contractor"

a business entity, natural person providing services in the field of informatization

"Order"

a properly executed application of the Customer for receiving Services, addressed to the Contractor.

موضوع الاتفاقية

The Contractor undertakes, on the terms and in the manner determined by this Agreement, to provide the Customer with informatization services (namely, services for providing unique codes), and the Customer undertakes, on the terms and in the manner determined by this Agreement, to accept and pay for the ordered services.

The Customer and the Contractor confirm that this Agreement is not a fictitious or false transaction, or a transaction concluded under the influence of pressure or deception.

Other rights in accordance with applicable law and this Agreement

Place an Order for services specified on the relevant page of the deskgram2.com website

Require the Contractor to provide Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement

Other rights in accordance with applicable law and this Agreement

المسؤولية

The Customer independently places an order on the relevant page of the deskgram2.com website by filling out the order form, using the payment system by clicking the "Top Up" or "Create Code" button, or by placing an order by email.

The Contractor's order processing time is up to 3 (three) business days from the moment of its placement. If the order is submitted on a weekend or holiday, the order processing time begins from the first business day after the weekend.

حل النزاعات

The price of each individual Service is determined by the Contractor and indicated on the relevant page of the deskgram2.com website. The price of the Agreement (cost of the Order) is determined by summing the prices of all services selected by the Customer.

Payment for services is made by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or using other payment methods (payment systems) specified on the Contractor's website.

The moment of payment for services is considered to be the crediting of funds to the Contractor's current account.

Payment for services is made by the Customer within 3 (three) banking days from the moment the Parties conclude the Agreement and the Contractor issues the corresponding invoice.

The rules for providing and receiving services are specified on the relevant page of the deskgram2.com website and are appendices (integral parts) of this Agreement.

All questions arising in the process of payment and receipt of services, the Customer can clarify with the Contractor using the contact details.

The fact of receiving services by the Customer — a natural person — is confirmed by such Customer's payment for the Contractor's services.

Liability of the Parties

For non-performance or improper performance of their obligations under this Agreement, the parties shall be liable in accordance with applicable law.

All disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between the Parties.

If the relevant dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be resolved in court according to the established jurisdiction and venue of such dispute in accordance with applicable law.

Force Majeure Circumstances

The parties are released from liability for non-performance or improper performance of obligations under this Agreement if it arose as a result of force majeure circumstances.

Force majeure circumstances in this Agreement mean any circumstances that arose against the will or contrary to the will or desire of the Parties and which cannot be foreseen or avoided.

If force majeure circumstances continue for more than 3 (three) consecutive months, each Party shall have the right to refuse further performance of obligations under this Agreement.

Other Contract Terms

Each Party guarantees to the other Party that it has the necessary legal capacity, as well as all rights and powers necessary and sufficient to conclude and perform this Agreement in accordance with its terms.

Unilateral modification of the terms of the concluded Agreement by the Customer or refusal to fulfill the terms of the concluded Agreement by the Customer is not permitted, except in cases provided for by this Agreement.

Information provided by the Customer is confidential. It is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling their Order.

By accepting the Agreement, the Customer voluntarily consents to the collection and processing of their personal data for subsequent use for commercial purposes.

The Contractor is not responsible for the content and accuracy of information provided by the Customer when placing an Order.

The Customer is granted the right to use the Contractor's services exclusively in their internal activities without the right to alienate or transfer them to third parties.

The Agreement is public and indefinite and remains in force until it is terminated by either Party in the manner established by this Agreement or applicable law.
