Guide - Telegram Channel Posting in Deskgram 2: Managing Content at Scale

Hello from Deskgram. This module may not be part of your daily routine at the beginning, but once your network grows to hundreds of feeder channels, it becomes one of the most useful tools in the workflow.

Channel Posting is for teams that do not want to open every channel manually and need centralized, fast control over published content.

1. Who receives the content? (Recipients)

The left side of the module contains the channel list. Deskgram 2 accepts several input formats, with one important distinction:

• Public channels: paste regular links or usernames (@username).
• Private channels: use the channel ID whenever possible. It is more reliable and helps the software address the exact channel.

2. Message builder: polished posts and reposts

This is where you assemble the post itself: text, media, and buttons. There is one important feature that is easy to overlook.

Problem: you cannot simply repost a post from an arbitrary third-party channel.

Solution: the master channel workflow.

If you need a polished post with premium emoji, complex formatting, or a specific layout:

1. Create your own private technical channel.
2. Prepare the ideal post there.
3. Add the sending bot to that channel as an administrator.
4. In the module, select Repost from channel and provide the post IDs.

The bot can then take the approved master post and distribute it throughout your network. If you have dozens of posts, this is the practical way to preserve formatting and quality.

3. Technical settings: tokens and threads

The settings are intentionally straightforward:

• Bot API token: paste the token issued by BotFather. The bot must be an administrator with posting permission in every destination channel.
• Threads: controls how many tasks run simultaneously. Unless you manage thousands of channels, a calmer setting is preferable to avoid flood waits.

4. Why use this in practice?

This module is especially valuable for networks of feeder channels. When traffic arrives through mass-looking or neuro commenting, people open an account profile and follow its channel link. That channel needs to look active.

1. Create visible activity: send a new post to 100-200 feeder channels every few days so visitors see fresh content.
2. Update offers: if a bot link or promotion changes, refresh the post throughout the network from one workflow.
3. Pair posting with cleanup: first run the channel post removal module to clear outdated material, then use Channel Posting to publish current content.

What to check if something does not work

• Is the bot an administrator? This is the most frequent problem. Without posting permission, it cannot publish anything.
• Is the channel ID correct? For a private channel, verify that you are using its ID.
• Are Telegram limits being hit? Sending too much too quickly may temporarily restrict the bot.
