Telegram Leave Groups in Deskgram 2
The Leave Groups module removes accounts from selected Telegram groups, chats, and channels in bulk. It helps clean up account subscriptions and prepare accounts for a new operational scenario.
What this module does
This is a service module. It does not collect users or send messages. It helps accounts leave unnecessary Telegram communities.
Use it when:
- accounts joined too many groups;
- a previous campaign is finished;
- accounts need a cleaner environment;
- you are preparing a new warmup cycle;
- accounts are moving to a new role.
What to prepare
Prepare:
- a list of groups, chats, or channels to leave;
- an account segment;
- a decision whether to leave everything or only selected targets;
- safe speed settings;
- a small test run.
Do not remove accounts from communities that are still needed for active parser, comment, or invite workflows.
Step 1. Review the target list
Before launch, check the list of communities.
Make sure the list contains only communities that should be processed.
Step 2. Configure leave logic
Review the actual leave settings.
Keep the logic clear. Do not make the task more aggressive than necessary.
Step 3. Review performance and limits
If you process many accounts, check:
- thread count;
- delays;
- account distribution;
- batch size;
- expected duration.
For service operations, stable execution is usually better than maximum throughput.
Step 4. Check statistics and accounts
Before launch, review statistics and selected accounts.
After launch, check logs and make sure accounts left the correct communities.
Common mistakes
- Leaving groups that are still needed for future tasks.
- Running the module on the wrong account segment.
- Using high speed without a test.
- Not checking the community list before launch.
- Treating cleanup as unimportant and skipping logs.
What to use next
After accounts leave unnecessary communities, you can:
- run warmup again;
- assign accounts to a new role;
- connect them to new groups through Join Groups;
- prepare them for messaging, comments, or invite.
Summary
Leave Groups is useful when account subscriptions need to be cleaned before the next stage.
Review the target list, use safe limits, process the right account segment, and check logs before moving accounts into new workflows.
