Creating Telegram Channels and Chats in Deskgram 2

The Channel and Chat Creator module creates Telegram channels and groups with predictable names, usernames, images, permissions, administrators, and initial messages.

For managed content networks, community projects, and support spaces, the recommended input mode is Templates, because every row keeps its related title, username, image, administrators, and post content together.

1. Main settings

Configure:

• what to create: channels or chats;
• resource type: public or private;
• quantity per account; start with one per account per run;
• threads and delay between creations.

2. Design and privacy settings

Add descriptions of up to Telegram's limit, and add channel images if required.

For public channels, settings can include administrators, fallback username handling, profile display, and reactions. For chats, settings may include administrator assignment and limiting who may post.

3. Optional initial post

Enable message sending to publish an initial post in a new channel or chat. The message builder supports previews and content variants.

4. Use Templates for aligned data

Set the configuration first, then choose Add first template or Bulk import.

For the first imported column, choose Create new. For later columns such as usernames, images, administrators, or descriptions, choose Fill existing, keeping all values aligned by row.

Preview each template before creation to confirm that title, username, image, permissions, and initial content match.

5. Run gradually and export results

Launch a small set first and review completed channels. Export reports after creation; Deskgram 2 also stores created-resource data for later channel management workflows.

Create resources gradually and in accordance with Telegram rules, particularly when using multiple accounts. The created channel IDs can later be used by your channel posting module.
