Account Warmup in Deskgram 2

The Account Warmup module creates conversations between selected accounts in environments you control. It supports prepared phrases and AI-generated dialogs for testing account communication workflows.

1. Add accounts

Use the plus button in the upper-right corner to add the account set in bulk.

2. Configure timing and workload

The settings include:

• Between messages: delay between account messages.
• Messages per account: number of messages each account sends.
• Concurrent pairs: five pairs means ten accounts operate simultaneously.
• Shuffle accounts: optionally change pair assignments while the flow runs.

3. Configure messages

Choose either prepared phrases, entered line by line for senders and recipients, or enable AI.

With AI enabled, configure a provider and API key in settings, refresh available models, select a model, and define sender and recipient prompts. Prompts should describe suitable roles for the test conversation in the chat environment you control.

4. Launch and monitor

Start with moderate pair counts and inspect the conversation logs while the warmup task runs.
