Guide 6.1 — The art of selling text: from mailing to promotional post
Text in Telegram is your only lever for controlling attention. In this guide, we will divide the work into two fronts: technical (mailings) and creative (promotional post).
1. Technical copywriting for mailings (Scalability)
For mailings, we don't need "soul" as much as uniqueness, so that Telegram spam filters do not send you to a ban after the first ten messages.
The "Double AI Rewrite" Method
Do not waste time writing 100 variations of messages manually.
- Write the basis: Formulate two messages: Greeting (question) and Offer (second message with a proposal).
- Use a neural network for spintax: Throw these texts into ChatGPT or Claude and give the prompt:
> "Rewrite this message 10 times, keeping the essence and the call to action. Combine all options into one line via the syntax {option1|option2|option3}. Make sure each sentence sounds natural."
The result is a ready-made message with spintax, which will look new to Telegram every time. This is the basis for passing spam filters.
Important: Spintaxes do not live forever. As soon as the conversion starts to drop, change the original messages and run them through the neural network again.
2. Creative copywriting: Promotional post in the channel
Here "machine" text loses. A promotional post in a proxy channel is the foundation of your brand. Your signature words, your style, and emotions should be here.
The "Pain — Solution — CTA" Structure
This is the basis of marketing that works flawlessly:
- Headline (Hook): It should hit the "pain" of the audience.
Bad:* "We offer traffic services".
Good:* "Draining your budget on tests and getting 0 leads?".
- Pain / Situation: Describe the user's problem so that they recognize themselves. "You spend hours setting up campaigns, but in response — silence...".
- Solution: Give your offer as a way to get rid of the pain. "We automated the lead's path from click to purchase via a bot that does everything itself".
- CTA (Call to Action): Clear instruction on what to do.
Example:* "Click the button below to grab the launch instructions". (And leads to your bot).
Psychological triggers
- Scarcity: "Places for training are limited, 3 slots left".
- Social proof: "Already 500 people have implemented our bundle".
- Intrigue: "The scaling secret that arbitrageurs hide".
3. Selling text checklist
- Structure: Break the text into paragraphs of 2-4 sentences. Only robots read "sheets" of text in Telegram.
- Emojis: Use them as list markers (✅, 🔥, 🚀), not as a decoration for every word. Do not turn the post into a "Christmas tree garland".
- Focus on benefit: Do not write that you are cool. Write what the user will get after interacting with you.
- One post — one goal: Do not ask a person to subscribe to the channel, buy a product, and write to a manager. Let there be one clear action — transition to the bot.
