Guide 5.2 — Funnel via PM (The "Redirect" Method)
This method is ideal for HR offers, legal/advertising services, and complex sales. Here we do not use neural networks for warm-up, we use personal contact.
The "Redirect" Logic
The essence: we knock on PM → get consent → transfer to a live manager.
1. Preparing the database
Do not take numbers "from the ceiling". If it's HR — take responses from job boards.
- Important: First, check the database through third-party checker bots for the presence of usernames. Working by usernames is cheaper and safer than sending by numbers.
2. The "Two Touches" Scenario
- First step: PM mailing via Deskgram 2.
Text: "Good afternoon! Saw your response to the vacancy/service. Is it still relevant to you?". (No links, no advertising, just a question).
- Second step (Autoresponder):
In the autoresponder settings, we put the text: "Great! My colleague will tell you all the details now, write to them directly: @manager_username".
- Closing: The person goes to the manager, and the manager manually processes the lead, squeezing them to a deal.
Why it works:
- Reduced bans: Telegram does not see spam, as you start the dialogue with a simple question, not an advertising sheet.
- Accumulation: All "agreeing" leads flow to one manager's account. It's easier to control, warm up, and squeeze them there.
- Adaptability: This method works everywhere — from vacancies to selling legal services. The main thing is a polite dialogue.
